Finally

I have had this gorgeous 7 Gypsies frame for a couple of years and I have been busting to do it but I have just been lazy to organise my photos.  I got some great shots of my besties when I was up north last month and these are the girls that mean the most to me.  Like I have put in my quote.. Friends are like diamonds... very rare and hard to find.  You can have lots of friends and aquaintences but to have dear friends who are there for you through thick and think forever and ever, well they can not be replaced.  I have had a few girls in my life that have come and gone.... you will always get that.. but these ones are the special ones.... there for life!!

I have used the sweet paper by Prima.  I love it.  So soft and feminine.  So now it is ready to hang in a special place in my home.
Thats all from me tonight..... Loving this cool weather..... so yummy to snuggle up

Darling Harbour

When I discovered the App Leme Camera..... it was a week before we went to Sydney.. I was amazed at how many photos I took on my iPhone and just what I took on my camera this holiday. I love this App so much.  I love the colour and that you can change the frames etc.
We had an amazing time as we always to in October each year.  We have or Camera House half yearly AGM there each year.  We always stay in Darling Harbour as it is so close to so many amazing places and sights.
this awesome park had just been updated and finished.  It has a lot of pumps and water buckets to play with, a 15 metre flying fox, climbing ropes and of course lots and lots of space.  Corey was in heaven.  We stayed there for nearly 2 hours.  Good for Ken and I as there were cafes close by that we got take out coffees to sip on while taking photos.

I love this Short Stories paper collection.. They do such an amazing design every time they bring out new collects.  I love the fact that they are a bit vintagey and at the same time awesome colours and great for our boys.  There are so many gorgeous and beautiful papers that come out, but I get so excited when Short Stories bring out a new collection.

It was so nice to be back at Daisy Chains Scrap books on Friday night.  I love going there on my Friday nights.  Lots of fun and laughter.
Got the day off tomorrow so I'm pretty excited to have the whole big fat day off all to myself :-) Ohh except I have a morning date with my baby.

See yas all and have a great week x

Inspiring Teresa Collins

Well how fast does time fly.  I cannot believe we are nearly into May!! Holy cow!!
I have just had 2 and a half weeks off work.  The three of us drove up to Mackay to see all my besties who I dearly miss every single week, and then carried on to Townsville to see my daughter who turned 21 this week.  She had two weeks off with me this time so we had the best time catching up and just hanging out together and doing her favourite thing at night... watch movies.  It was awesome.  I took my copics with me and my crocheting to get some more squares done for my blanket I am doing my DH and DS.  I am getting there but its pretty slow as I have to fit it in with everything else I can't stop doing.
My DD come home with me on the last last 5 days.  It was great.  I so miss having her around with me every day.  That's life... But not as we know it.... by Derryn Hinch.

I fell in love with this totally gorgeous paper collection by Teresa Collins when I saw it.  I love love love vintage for a start and secondly I just love the way the lemon yellow compliments the light soft vintage paper.  So totally beautiful.

I have had this photo of one of my besties up in Mackay for 2 years now.  She come down and spent a week with me and she left her children behind so it was splendid for her to have a break.  She now has another bubby.  Lily is only 7 weeks old.

And of course this paper is perfect for some beautiful cards.  Here is one that I have made but I have made about 6 more using the range.

I hope you all have lots of mojo happening at the moment.  I am loving being back in my scrapping room.  It's my favourite place to be at night time.  Apart from midnight... that's when I get my calling for bed.
Have a great Sunday.   I can't wait to wake up in the morning.
